Pré-feriado, ou meio de feriado para alguns. Para mim é o início de um período sabático de 10 dias sem trabalhar. Só vou trabalhar às quintas, pois não quis passar meus plantões de cuidados paliativos para outra pessoa. Mas lá eu não me canso, trabalho com prazer.
O que me atormenta é ter de operar. Ando cheia de operar. Não que eu não goste mais. Eu gosto, faço muito bem. O que realmente atormenta são alguns resultados ruins. E os colegas, os meus também, na presença de recidiva da doença, encaminham os pacientes para o oncologista. E daí não têm mais notícias deles, como se fosse um distanciamento do fracasso da cirurgia, do fracasso deles próprios. São uns deuses, alguns deles se acham inatingíveis. Então, o que fazer com um cara com doença recidivada? Mandar para o oncologista, que por sua vez não sabe tratar corretamente a dor. É. Exatamente isso. São outros merdas, os oncologistas.
Ainda bem que os paliativistas chegaram para ficar...
